Investigating
We are aware of the fact that customers are facing issues with using Forge app created custom fields. The issue is that the the data selected or typed in the field is cleared when the focus is lost. However, even though the data looks like it is no longer present, the system has still stored it. Therefore, as a workaround, users can ignore the fact that the data is no longer visible and Click Issue create anyway. We are actively looking into the root cause to remediate this issue promptly.
